Meet Melinda
My name is Melinda Spence and I am a real estate agent with Compass Real Estate . I have 10 years of experience and for the past 6 years I have been representing clients and their needs in North Dallas and all over the Dallas metroplex.
Growing up in a small town, I loved the sense of community. I was born in Dallas but was raised in Tyler, Texas, about an hour and half East of Dallas. Wherever I have lived I have sought out community; in church, in my kid’s schools, and in the neighborhoods where I lived as well. It is that same sense of community that drives my passion for real estate today.
I love my family and they are a huge part of why I do what I do. I have been married for almost 22 years to my husband, Mike and we have four fun and active children. Our three oldest boys attends JJ Pearce High School and our daughter attends The Covenant School. We are active members of Watermark Community Church. Both our school and church community are a daily blessing to us! My husband and I both have a passion for real estate and we make a great team! We have owned and remodeled five out of the six homes we have resided in.
